By accessing, browsing, downloading, or using any part of the FaithStride website, mobile application, or white-label platforms, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

FaithStride grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform strictly for personal or church-affiliated spiritual engagement. You may not exploit the content, copy the structure, redistribute material, or reverse-engineer any features of the platform without prior written consent.

FaithStride maintains full rights to all content created, including BibleGPT responses, app features, and UI/UX design. Users may not use the service to post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, harassing, threatening, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any misuse or unauthorized use of the platform will result in immediate termination of access, and may incur legal action if necessary.

FaithStride reserves the right to modify or terminate any part of the service at any time, for any reason, without liability to users. Notifications of material changes to the Terms will be provided via email or through the platform.

Churches or organizations using the white-label version of FaithStride are subject to additional licensing and service agreements.
