Refund Policy

FaithStride is offered primarily as a low-cost, high-impact faith engagement tool. Our services are subscription-based and may include limited free trials or promotional access depending on region.

We strive to deliver spiritual value and user satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital content and the affordability model, all subscriptions and purchases made through FaithStride are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a billing error has occurred or you are unsatisfied with your experience due to a technical issue or service failure, we encourage you to reach out to our support team at billing@faithstride.com within 7 days of the transaction date. All refund requests will be reviewed individually and are granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued via the original method of payment within 10–15 business days. Subscriptions cancelled after a renewal date are not eligible for a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain access for the remainder of the paid period.
